Bar
Each guest is
responsible for their own beverage purchases.
An ideal option if you don’t want to break the bank–this
is the most affordable option.
• $350.00 non refundable setup charge
• Bartenders – $180.00 each (for a standard 4 hour event
with 1 hour setup and 1 hour breakdown. One bartender recommended
for every 75 – 100 guests.)
• Glassware Rental – $2.00 per person(includes highball
and wine glasses. Champagne glasses and other specialty glassware
available for an additional charge.)
•$1250.00 – $2,000.00 Sales Minimum (if total sales
for the event does not exceed this amount, client is responsible
for the difference. This amount is standard for a majority of events.
However, the sales minimum is subject to change depending on scale
of event.)
Included in all Cash Bars are portable bars, bar equipment, drink
mixers, garnishes, disposable glassware and ice.
Hosted
Bar
These have all the works similar to
that of a normal bar or nightclub. Open bars feature a wide variety
of hard liquors, beers and soft drinks. All paid for by the host.
ll Hosted Bars include portable bars, all drink mixers, garnishes,
disposable glassware and ice. Bartender staffing is an additional
charge. Please note that we customize any of these packages or create
one specific to your event. Brand substitutions may be subject price
increase. Bartender fees and glassware rental not included in package
price.
Mixx’d
bar
A predetermined dollar amount is paid by the
host. This is generally used for the first few hours and then switches
to a cash bar where guests pay for their own beverages.
Mixx’d Bars are a cross between Cash
and Hosted Bars. Guests do not have to pay for their own drinks,
however, the client is charged on a per drink basis. This is ideal
for events that want to host the first few hours as open bar and
then switch to a cash bar toward the end of an event. Clients can
also purchase tickets to give to their guests for complimentary
drinks and then go to a cash bar the remainder of the evening. Mixx’d
Bars are subject to bartender staffing, glassware rental, security
deposit and sales minimums.
